How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Flywednesday Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Flywednesday Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. Did something go wrong with work in your home? Usually the first step is to raise it with the provider. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. But Flywednesday Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Is your worry about how a pesticide was applied? You may also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Washington.

How to File

Email contact@flywednesday.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you hope we can do

What Happens After

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Last, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle it, answer our email and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
